was formed in the earlier part of 2009 as an in-house onsite team of staff completing work on both Commercial and Residential projects. Some of which being of a very large scale.

 

ST Workforce prides itself on supplying and generating staff with good work ethics, attendance and skill levels.

 

Our Director has spent 26 years in the industry, 18 of these years in the Construction Management Sector completing and constructing projects up to the value of 35 million.

 

Our Operation Manager is well versed in the management of staff and has had experience in projects and design builds. Her key roles include building and maintaining relationships with both staff and client’s. She Will be more than willing to assist in any current situation.

 

ST Workforce is a company generated to help with all your Carpentry and General Labour requirements from Residential to Commercial builds.

CURRENT AND COMPLETED PROJECTS

UNDER A MAIN CONTRACTOR

BOC GAS GLENBROOK

A Complex project with large foundations and pads for new plant.

 

Foundations were 10.5m x 20m x 2m deep, just over 400m in each foundation slab x 3.

 

Lots of health and safety requirements on this site due to existing gas plants in close proximity.

BIDVEST FOODS

QUEENSTOWN

Large project, 7.5 million dollars.

 

A complex build throughout the winter months, competing with environmental factors such as rain, hail, below -12° temperatures and large snowfalls.

 

The building boasts new offices, freezer, chiller, fresh foods area, large yard area and an elevated loading area with 2 dock levelers.

 

Freezer area measures 40m x 25m x 11m high stud, temperature kept at a constant minus 26°.

 

A difficult job and a  good result.

 

BIDVEST FOODS

WHANGAREI

Project value 4.5 million dollars.

 

Another large project for Bidvest foods.

 

Precast panels all made on site, 54 in total, staff on site start to finish, a very tight site and complex project.

 

BIDVEST FOODS

MANGERE

Project value 10 million dollars.

 

The largest of the Bidvest builds. Precast panels again made on site to save our client the transport cost, but also very large panels, 23 tonne each, 16m x 3.5m x 190mm thick.

52 of these panels in total made it 2 pour sequences.

 

Staff on site from start to finish, large and rewarding project, building footprint 6500m  and yard 5000m.

CAMERON POOLS

MT ROSKILL

Basic rebuild on roof structure as this had been corroded by chemicals used within the pool complex.

 

New timber rafters/connection points and roofing material.

CAPITAL SMART REPAIRS

PENROSE

This complex is a new operation based in New Zealand. Project value 4 million. Another start to finish project, panel beating repair shop for moderate to medium collisions.

 

Point of difference being that your vehicle is completed within 24 hours of drop off. Very tidy operation as New Zealand's first ultra sonic oven, 8 minutes after paint application you drive away.

 

It was a pleasure to work with Jim and his team from Capital Smart repairs on this venture.

CATO BOLAM

HENDERSON

Another tight challenging site, project value 2.5 million dollars.

Cato Bolam consultant's new office features new offices, pop up atrium and underground basement,

 

Another start to finish project and happy customer.

DB BREWERIES

OTAHUHU

New slabs for future growth of DB Breweries, large foundations and laydown areas for new stock.

DORMA DOOR CONTROLS

PATIKI ROAD

A new build for Dorma Door Controls with large warehouse and new office with retail and bakery below, project value 2.5 - 3 million dollars. Start to finish.

V8 SUPER CAR RACE TRACK PUKEKOHE

Another interesting project, upgrading the Pukekohe V8 Super Car Race Track. New pit lane, timing and officials office. Pit lane concrete pours were 200m long and 15m wide, a 1am start 7pm finish 365m of concrete in one continuous pour. It was a pleasure to be involved in this project from start to finish.

MEDICAL CENTRE & SHOPPING COMPLEX

TE AWAMUTU

This project was completed over 18 months and was comprised of 12 shops. Project value 14 million dollars, base build only. However we managed to fit out 2 shops in the same time frame, Warehouse Stationery and the medical centre.

 

112 precast panels made on site and erected, project built pit sand and very stable.

 

STEEL MILL

GLENBROOK

The most challenging job to date with a dusty, dirty, hot and noisy environment.

 

Top priority on health and safety with furnaces nearby at over 2000° temperatures, bullet plant designed to reprocess steel into manageable pieces for export and recycling steel.

 

Job well done here by all involved.

Z SERVICE STATION

HENDERSON

New build, Z station, Henderson Valley road typical service station.

 

Large canopy lifted into place after construction build on the ground, located on posts in the centre forecourt. Measurement and accuracy perfect .
